The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead and manage all aspects of retail operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong ownership, commercial awareness, and the ability to consistently deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is highly responsive, solution-oriented, and able to make clear, confident decisions in a fast-moving environment while maintaining an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

  • Own and drive store sales targets at both an individual and team level
  • Lead the team in achieving and exceeding revenue goals
  • Apply strong in-person sales strategies to improve conversion and client engagement
  • Deliver a high-touch, personalized client experience aligned with luxury standards
  • Manage client relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience

Store Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end store operations with strong attention to detail
  • Manage client appointment scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience
  • Maintain strong cross-functional communication with Customer Service, Production, and Management teams to ensure alignment on orders, timelines, and client needs
  • Own weekly store staff scheduling and ensure consistent store coverage at all times
  • Proactively manage call-offs by arranging coverage and stepping in as needed to avoid disruption to client experience
  • Serve as the on-call point of contact for staffing coverage and store-related needs
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, shipment coordination, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation and readiness
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead full-cycle hiring for store roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and consistency
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team including at least 4 direct reports
  • Set clear sales targets and performance expectations
  • Monitor performance, attendance, and productivity
  • Drive accountability and a performance-focused team culture
  • Ensure proper staffing coverage and smooth daily operations

Execution & Productivity

  • Manage multiple priorities with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ensure consistent execution with no operational backlog
  • Take initiative and follow through on all responsibilities

Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for store operations
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, operations, and client insights

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Retail Manager in a luxury or high-touch environment
  • Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Experience managing and achieving both individual and team sales goals
  • Strong understanding of in-person sales strategies and client conversion
  • Experience hiring, training, and developing retail teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and strong execution capabilities
  • Leadership experience managing a team, including at least 4 direct reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Shopify, Asana, Gladly, or similar CRM and retail tools
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze data
  • Strong PC proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • This position requires weekend availability and will serve as the on-call point of contact for store operations as needed

Compensation is $70,000 annually plus commission. Final compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s overall experience and qualifications.
