Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate store teams to deliver outstanding customer service and meet daily sales & service KPIs.
- Oversee end-to-end store operations—inventory control, visual merchandising, cash management, and compliance with brand standards.
- Drive sales growth by executing promotional campaigns, analyzing footfall data, and optimizing store layouts for conversion.
- Train and develop frontline staff on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer engagement best practices.
- Manage stock replenishment, reduce shrinkage, and ensure accurate inventory reporting through ERP/WMS systems.
- Resolve customer escalations promptly, maintain high NPS scores, and represent brand values in every interaction.
