ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We’re looking for an inspiring and commercially driven Store Manager to lead our Black Pepper Orewa team. You’ll bring energy, passion and a strong customer focus to every day, leading your team to achieve sales goals, delivering exceptional service, and creating a warm, stylish and welcoming store experience. From team leadership and coaching to stock management and visual merchandising, you’ll play a key role in making Black Pepper Orewa a destination our customers love to visit.

**Please note this role is working Monday – Friday with weekends off**

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead, inspire and coach your team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day store operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently, safely and smoothly.
  • Drive sales and store performance by creating a customer-focused, commercially successful environment.
  • Manage stock levels, replenishment and organisation to ensure the store is always well presented and fully stocked.
  • Prepare and manage monthly rosters, ensuring staffing levels meet business needs while remaining within the allocated hours budget.
  • Bring the Black Pepper brand to life through strong visual merchandising and beautifully presented product displays.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, creating a welcoming experience that keeps them coming back.
