This is a Leadership role, and the candidate must be able to lead/direct fellow staff, be hard working and able to share knowledge to help the team increase sales. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, need to manage effectively multiple demands and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Responsible for smooth store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service experience to brides and their families by listening and identifying their individual gown criteria, i.e., whether they are looking for a romantic ball gown, fit-and-flare dress, mermaid gown, destination wedding dress or something in-between.
• Maintains store standards and policies to support an exceptional customer shopping experience.
• Learn quickly about Bravo Bridals’ designer collections, styles, quality, and service. Demonstrate bridal product knowledge including sizing, style, and accessories options.
• Properly measure customers and submitting new orders to designers. Tracking all orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handling deliveries, unpacking and steaming new dresses and veils.
• Tracking new orders, communicating with brides and vendors by phone, emails, and in-person.
• Keep the store “runway ready”, including stocking, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, trunk show preparation.
• Responding to customers emails and phone calls inquiries in a professional timely manner. Resolving conflict situations and responding to customers reviews.
• Assist with all customer needs, such as alterations appointments, pick-ups, and special order requests.
• Meet and maintain sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience working in a bridal stylist role is a great asset.
• Fluent English (oral & written) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Exceptional organization skills and ability to take care of details while managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines with little supervision.
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with high degree of professionalism and maturity.
