What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales and achieve store goals
- Assist with Product Selection/ Buying
- Merchandising and visual presentation
- Build strong relationships with customers/clients
- Support daily store operations and team development
What We’re Looking For
- Retail management or leadership experience
- Strong selling and communication skills
- Positive, upbeat, and team-oriented attitude
- A true love for Lilly Pulitzer and the brand lifestyle
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
