We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager with prior womens fashion retail experience,to lead our retail team and drive store performance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation and scheduling.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to develop staff skills in customer service and sales techniques.
- Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the store.
- Supervise daily operations including cashiering, customer service, and shift management.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation through effective merchandising and organizational practices.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Proficient in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development processes.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer communication.
- Experience in payroll management, bookkeeping, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies, marketing techniques, and wireless sales is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and administrative tasks related to store operations.
