The Store Manager will play a strategic development role, ensuring the nurture of internal talent and monitoring top-line sales.

The Role:
Oversee organisational, personnel and technical management of sales outlet(s) as well as employees and departments under supervision with overall responsibility (KPIs) in line with the strategy and following guidelines established by the head office and line manager (P&L management)
Drive and maximize sales performances to constantly achieve the overall sales budget and objectives
Recruit, supervise and nurture a full team of staff
Coordinate optimal staff schedule, ensure adherence to work times, manage holiday planning, etc.
Job-specific staff training opportunities
Assist in the planning of the budget targets (direct results, turnover, etc.)
Monitor optimal merchandise management (e.g. analyse evaluations/statistics, recognise tendencies, monitor product ranges, etc.)
Design suitable measures to increase turnover for individual brands or product groups together with assigned divisions and other interest groups
Maintain and expand customer base, obtain and analyse information about in-store tendencies of individual customer segments
Requirements
Previous retail management experience.
Clienteling experience
Experience in training and managing a team.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
