The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure top-tier customer service, and meet sales goals. This person will be responsible for maximizing profitability and ensuring the store reflects the brand’s visual and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales associates
• Drive KPIs, including conversion rates and average basket size
• Manage inventory and minimize stock losses
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service and complaint resolution
• Prepare and analyze sales reports for performance optimization
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in fashion retail, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
