Are you a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in Fashion Retail? We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to drive excellence and lead our operations in Cairo.
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: This position is strictly for candidates with solid experience in the Fashion/Apparel industry. Applications from other retail sectors (F&B, FMCG, etc.) will not be considered.🎯 THE IDEAL CANDIDATEEducation: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Experience: 4–5 years of solid experience specifically in Fashion Retail (Mandatory).
- Leadership: Minimum 2+ years as a Branch Manager for a Well-Known Fashion Brand.
- Expertise: Proven track record in daily operations and driving commercial growth.
- 🚀 KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales Management: Drive revenue growth and expert analysis of store KPIs.
- People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing store team.
- Product Management: Oversee stock control and maintain premium Visual Merchandising (VM) standards.
- Floor Management: Ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional customer service.
