Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations in our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team to ensure high performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention activities.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate store employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Coordinate with head office and other departments regarding operations and promotions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in fashion retail, including experience in store supervision or management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems/POS systems.
