Details is a fashion boutique in Eau Claire looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team. You’ll lead daily operations across both our sales floor and website, stay hands-on with selling, and help create the kind of store experience our customers love.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales floor team day-to-day
- Oversee website and online sales operations
- Actively participate in floor selling
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock replenishment
- Handle opening and closing procedures and POS management
- Ensure an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced in retail management or supervisory experience
- Fashion retail background preferred
- Strong floor-selling skills and customer service instincts
- Experience in website development (Shopify is a plus)
- Comfortable with inventory systems and basic website/online operations
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Organized, self-motivated, and a natural team leader
Compensation & perks:
- $50,000–$60,000 salary + performance bonus

- 40–45 hours/week (no 60-hour weeks)
