A true ambassador of the brand as Store Manager, you contribute to the development of sales by offering exceptional and unforgettable quality of service. You will join our team in one of our prestigious stores located within theDubai Mall.

Our Store Manager is responsible for driving the store business. The ideal candidate will work towards achieving the store sales’ target, build a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them, manage the team and ensure full adherence to the brand’s guidelines and store processes.

Main Responsibilities:

•Sales Management and Business Development

-Responsible for the store targets (KPIs).

-Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and relevant KPIs in conjunction with head office

-Work closely with head office to break out the yearly objective by month.

-Ensure that the performance is met and analyze potential growth paths.

•Client Relationship

-Welcome, advise and follow up with customers in order to build brand loyalty. Deliver strong and personalized service.

-Develop and strengthen the client database, specifically the VIP clients

-Recruit new clients and use clienteling techniques to offer excellent customer service

-Participate in ad-hoc projects (i.e. events)

•Retail Operation Management

-Organize the merchandising (window displays).

-Manage the stock and supervise the boutique life, operations and actions; responsible for the stock management. In charge of the stock orders, review stock levels and assortment of the boutique.

-Manage and develop the team: ensure that the team is focused on common objectives; identify, recruit, develop talents.

-Ensure that all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and applied in the store.

-Responsible for staff schedule ensuring floor coverage is optimized

-Ensure all processes are compliant with security, legal, retail store operations and HR guidelines

-Train, motivate and coach staff/team members

•Back-office management

-Send out weekly and monthly reports to head office and provide any recommendation or action plan on how to strengthen the KPIs.

-Be the main point of contact and represent the company locally if needed, in conjunction with head office.

Profile

•5 years’ experience in a Supervisor role in Luxury Sales

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred

•ArabicandEnglishfluent, additional languages a plus

•Strong selling and communication skills mandatory

•Excellent relationships skills, autonomous, rigorous and motivated

•Confidence, organizational skills, professionalism

•Client focus and detailed-oriented, positive attitude

•Ability to multi-task

•Strong knowledge and/or interest for luxury/jewelry industry.
