Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
– Managing a team of 3 people (to start with)
– Training and coaching your team
– Developing sales and KPIS
– Building customer loyalty: providing a unique shopping experience
– Maintaining the brand's visual identity
– Apply and monitor internal procedures
(logistics, financial flows, retail, HR)

You are available to work two Sundays a month.
40-hour permanent
Fluency in French would be an advantage
At Jonak , personality is everything!
You have a passion for sales, excellent presentation and elocution skills as well as natural interpersonal skills.
Dynamic, organised, rigorous and versatile are your best assets for excelling in this role.
Lastly, you have a good command of IT tools.
