Mode Search is supporting a globally recognised fashion house in their search for a Store Manager for a brand new store opening in Copenhagen, Denmark.
This brand’s innovative craftsmanship is ingrained in their collections ranging from men’s and women’s contemporary ready-to-wear, accessories, and exquisite leather goods.
This brand’s reputation is cemented within the fashion industry with its customer loyalty and celebrity following. They are currently performing extremely well in the market and can offer excellent growth and progression opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with experience within the luxury retail/hospitality industry looking to step into a managerial position.
The Role
Effectively lead, develop, and support the sales and operations team members to meet and/or exceed sales plans and profitability targets.
Demonstrate dynamic, attentive, and inspiring leadership with strong relationship-building skills with internal and external clients while setting expectations for unsurpassed customer service.
Support the Store Manager in developing and executing in-store events and activations.
Develop the performance of employees by increasing motivation, innovation, enthusiasm, and engagement
Support, brief, and coach Sales Advisors on the brand, collections, in-store experience, and store policies on uniforms, grooming guidelines, and so on.
Achieve and/or Exceed Sales Plan: Partner with the Sales Manager to create, communicate, and execute a vision for the sales team.
Clienteling/Service Excellence: Manage to lead and champion the team in executing consistent and superior sales and service delivery to increase and retain customer loyalty.
Develop a sales strategy in cooperation with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations
Support, brief, and coach Sales Advisors on the brand, collections, in-store experience, and store policies on uniforms, grooming guidelines, and so on.
Leadership and team management, ability to motivate and encourage a strong customer service mindset
Requirements
Rights to work in Demark
Fluent in Danish and English
Previous experience within the luxury retail industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem solver focused on developing soft skills within your team
Strong communicator, who can work at pace and make clear compliant decisions
