On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Luxury company in the Fashion industry, we are recruiting the following profile, to lead and manage their store in Gstaad:
STORE MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / GSTAAD
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible to guarantee operative functioning of the store and correct management of sales resources, merchandise in order to contribute of achieving company goals
Lead and manage a high performing store team
Through successful recruitment, on-boarding and training
Business development
Guarantee financial results of the store through strong local network
Manage KPI and propose action plans
Reports of sales and Planning
Stock management and personnel costs
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
Qualified degree
5/8 years of experience in a Managerial role
Fluent in English, French or German are a plus
Experience in KPI, sales analyses and reports
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure
