KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead and support the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
· Achieve and exceed store sales targets and business goals.
· Supervise the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
· Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve their performance.
· Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate store coverage.
· Monitor stock levels and ensure products are well displayed and replenished.
· Maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
· Monitor store performance and prepare basic sales and operational reports.
· Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
· Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
· Ensure all team members follow company policies, grooming standards, and brand guidelines.
· Create a positive and productive working environment for the team.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
Working Environment:
The role requires a 9-hours shift each day, including a one-hour lunch break, with one scheduled day off per week.
