Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with brand to develop business strategies to maintain and raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Report buying trends, market trends, customer needs and profit to brand management and principal
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standarts
Complete store administration and ensure compliance according to brand’s policies and procedures
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training or workshops
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
Provide couching, counselling and conduct personnel assessment regularly
Requirements:
Candidatemust possessat least aDiploma, Bachelor’s Degree,any field.
Required skill(s):English, computary, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, Leadership And Managing.
At least5 year(s)of working experience as anAssistant/Store Managerin retail industry, especially infashion/footwear/active lifestyle.
Have an understanding aboutKPI’s Metrics.
Having experience dealing with mass product.
Detail and target oriented.
Willing to placed inKerawang & Bandung.
