We are looking for a teammate for the " Retail Store Manager” Ipekyol Store in Kuwait.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
- Assigns duties to relevant employees
- Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Track and manage inventory at store
- Improve main KPIs to generate success factors such as unit & amount sale, profitability, UPT.
- Overview all operational and administrative tasks.
- Provide the most appropriate service to customer expectations and to constantly take actions to improve customer satisfaction.
