Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our boutique team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape, keen eye for fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong drive to achieve results while maintaining our brand mix prestige and values. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and expertise in luxury fashion to every customer interaction, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the store operations to ensure a seamless, client-focused experience
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Foster long-term client relationships and ensure excellence in service
Ensure ongoing product training and brand knowledge development across the team to enhance the client experience and strengthen storytelling on the sales floor
Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and visual standards
Collaborate with the buying, marketing, and back-office teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and luxury service standards
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail management
Proven track record in achieving sales goals and building client relationships
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A refined sense of style and deep knowledge of fashion trends
Fluent in Slovenian; Fluent in English required
