Reporting to the Area Manager, you are responsible for respecting commercial policy and you are the ambassador of our brand Etam and our values.
In this context, your main missions will be:
– Boost sales by ensuring a perfect customer service and store image.
– Develop store performance by monitoring the various indicators (turnover, average basket, conversion rate, etc.)
– Manage and lead your team while respecting the values of the company: recruitment, integration, training and development of talents with a strong team spirit.
– Be responsible for the good running of the point of sale in harmony with procedures while spreading the values of the company
– Ensure the administrative HR and logistics management of the store by piloting staff management (monitoring of hours, schedules…), as well as inventory management while adapting the merchandising recommendations and storefronts of the brand.
You have a successful managerial experience in the retail sector, but above all, your desire to learn and grow within our group is essential.
