Randstad is partnering with a well-known retail brand. They are currently looking to hire a Store Manager (Fashion/Watches/Jewellery) to:
Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Train, coach, and develop the team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Manage store budgets, sales forecasting, and reporting to optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury retail standards.
Requirements
5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion retail/watches/jewellery
Strong leadership skills with a passion for sales, client engagement, and team development.
Proven track record in driving sales and managing a high-performance team.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
