Join the Rolife team as a Store Manager and take the lead in creating a premier destination for imagination and artistry. We are looking for a business-minded, inspiring, and guest-focused leader to join us on a part-time basis. You will own the success of your store, cultivate a high-performing team, and grow with us, with a clear pathway to a full-time position.
Lead a Thriving Creative Business (70%)
Act as the business owner and brand champion for your store. Your primary focus is to drive sales and profitability by analyzing business trends, setting clear goals, and leading your team to exceed all KPIs, especially Total Sales and Average Transaction Value (ATV).
Develop a high-performing team of Creative Advisors. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing your team, turning their passion for our products into exceptional sales and service skills.
Execute flawless in-store campaigns. Ensure all promotions, new product launches, and marketing initiatives are implemented with excellence, including ensuring all new product displays are neat, accurate, and set to company standards, to create an exciting and compelling guest experience.
Command a World of Operational Excellence (30%)
Create an immersive and inspiring environment. You will take ultimate ownership of the store’s appearance and operational integrity, ensuring our visual standards are impeccable and the store is consistently clean and organized.
Ensure all store hardware and facilities are fully operational. This includes proactively managing the maintenance of all store systems, such as the POS, lighting, fixtures, and other store equipment, ensuring they are always in good working order.
Manage all store assets and inventory with precision. As the lead Key Holder, you will oversee all operational duties, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory control, to protect the business and ensure product availability.
Complete all store-related administrative work and reports accurately and on time, as required by the company.

Do you have what it takes to lead a team of creators?
You possess 1-2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience with a proven track record of driving results.
You have strong business acumen and experience managing store KPIs.
You have a genuine passion for miniatures, crafts, collectibles, or storytelling.
You are an exceptional leader who excels at coaching, developing, and motivating a team.
You are highly responsible, organized, and capable of managing all aspects of store operations.
You can work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends as dictated by business needs.
Physical Requirements: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Involves lifting at least 25-30 lbs.

The hourly wage for this position is $20. Rolife carefully considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, and internal equity. The comprehensive remuneration details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
