Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Nashville, TN. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, guide a team to deliver excellent customer service, and ensure a seamless in-store experience. Responsibilities include managing inventory, achieving sales targets, maintaining store appearance, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also foster team development and engage customers to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention practices
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage inventory effectively
- Experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is an advantage
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
