Role Responsibilities
Experience Required: 2–3 years
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze customer preferences and provide personalized apparel recommendations and styling solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling, customization, and post-purchase support.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate customer orders, track delivery timelines, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Manage daily store operations, including billing, inventory checks, and resolution of customer queries.
- Collaborate effectively with the store team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and service benchmarks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in apparel or lifestyle segments.
- ✅ Prior experience in apparel retail is mandatory.
- ✅ Preference given to candidates with experience from luxury or premium fashion retail brands.
- ✅ Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- ✅ Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
- ✅ Passion for fashion, styling trends, and delivering premium, personalized customer experiences.
- ✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail.
