Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Stores Manager with a Senior position level at Mahabell Industries. This full-time role is based in Tumakuru and requires 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods including managing people, processes and systems to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met.

Qualifications And Skills

Relevant any degree

Minimum 7 years to maximum 10 years of work experience in stores management in the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in incoming raw material receipt and accounting (Mandatory skill).

Proficiency in basic computer operations and SAP working knowledge (Mandatory skill).

Extensive knowledge of material management, including inventory control and warehousing (Mandatory skill).

Experience with data visualization techniques to oversee reporting and analytical tasks.

Ability to apply predictive modeling for inventory and supply chain optimization.

Proficient in big data analysis to improve storage and dispatch processes.

Skilled in data mining to extract accurate and actionable insights for improved logistics management.

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the entire stores operation, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and packing of incoming materials.

Ensure accurate accounting and documentation of all materials received and dispatched.

Implement and manage an efficient inventory control system to track stock levels, order status, and delivery times.

Coordinate with production and procurement teams to meet supply chain requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Utilize basic computer knowledge and SAP for store management operations and reporting.

Develop and implement data visualization and predictive modeling techniques for enhanced inventory management.

Monitor and analyze big data to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized storage environment.
