New models researchs
Fittings boxes & supplies
Prepare & update regularly the fittings boxes
Supplies order
Maintain & provide the supplies of the studio cupboard
Collaboration with general services to help of the proforma
Models supplies order
Color cards
Creation of color cards for every season
Update regularly
Communicate it and regroup the cross categories informations
Overviews & line up
Creation of the line ups
Udpate of the binders
Provide to each meetings
Organise & clean the network with all the documents
Spaces
Free spaces from clutters with general services & with teams
Regularly visit the meeting spaces to check the facilities and the needs of the Designers
Propose improvement in order to always keep openspace and fitting room clean
