JOB QUALIFICATIONS

PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in related field. A combination of education and work experience can be substituted.

2-4 years’ experience in related field

Demonstrate a solid understanding of one or more of the following: print production, digital production, reprographics, social media, broadcast.

Experience in artwork and production process (life cycles and copywriting)

Intermediate skill level with MS Office.

Mac experience preferred.

Good understanding of project management principles

Demonstrated experience in managing projects of low to medium complexity to successful completion; able to handle multiple concurrent projects.

LEADERSHIP:

Solution-oriented with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach.

Highly organized with superior attention to detail and time management.

Able to work under pressure and delegate tasks effectively.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Excellent planning and organizing skills; ability to plan for all eventualities and provide solutions to issues.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Skilled in escalating issues and providing visibility to leadership for critical decision-making.

Strong interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages team cohesion and productivity.

Proficient in delegating tasks appropriately, providing guidance and support for smooth project execution.

Capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
