This is a rare Studio coordinator opportunity to work directly alongside the CEO of a fast-growing international interior design studio, gaining first-hand exposure to the decisions, strategy and exciting moments that drive a creative business forward. Based in a beautifully designed London studio, you’ll work alongside an exceptionally talented team, supporting high-profile luxury clients while becoming an integral part of the company’s continued growth.
With 3 days in the studio and 2 days working from home, this is more than a Studio Coordinator role – it’s an opportunity to grow your career as the business continues to expand internationally.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the London studio runs smoothly, maintaining a beautifully organised and welcoming environment.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for clients, consultants and visitors by coordinating meetings, hospitality and client-facing spaces.
- Support the leadership team with day-to-day administration, travel, diary management and operational coordination.
- Coordinate presentations, proposals, marketing materials and client communications.
- Maintain CRM records and support business development, enquiries and client relationships.
- Manage studio supplies, samples, filing, documentation, incoming calls and liaise with external IT support.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role within premium retail, hospitality, luxury, fashion or a showroom environment.
- Naturally organised, proactive and highly detail-oriented.
- Friendly, confident and enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with an interest in client relationships and business development.
- Passionate about design, interiors, hospitality, fashion or luxury brands.
