Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Flower Mound, TX for a Studio Coordinator. The Studio Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring a positive experience for students, families, and staff. Key responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, providing customer service, supporting marketing initiatives, assisting with event planning, and fostering a positive and inspiring environment for students. The role also includes liaising with instructors and promoting programs to potential customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Basic understanding of or experience with Music and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for learners
- Sales and Marketing experience to support studio growth and promote programs effectively
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules and day-to-day operations
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic office tools and relevant software
- Previous experience in music education or studio management is a plus
