Role Description

The Studio Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Deakin ACT. You will manage a broad range of administration tasks, including expenses, registrations, mail, scanning, credit card reconciliation and intranet updates. The role coordinates facilities requirements across the Canberra studio and manages meeting room requirements, including catering and AV. The Studio Coordinator manages the daily operations of the studio, providing excellent customer service, and acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

·        Demonstrated experience in a similar Studio Coordinator or Office Manager role.

·        Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·        Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail

·        A professional, approachable and service-oriented style

·        The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

·        Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
