Overview

Studio Coordinator Jobs in Dallas, TX at The PilatesBarre

Title: Studio Coordinator

Company: The PilatesBarre

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, full-time, on-site.

Location: Based across our University Park and Devonshire locations in Dallas.

STUDIO COORDINATOR

The Studio Coordinator is the engine room. While the Manager holds the standard, the Coordinator keeps it moving — the schedule, the subs, the inventory, the new-client outreach, the small thousand things that make a studio feel effortless from the outside.

You are not doing admin. You are building the rhythm of the studio. You are the reason the 5:30 class has the right number of grip socks stocked, the reason the new client who tried us yesterday gets a real follow-up today, the reason the instructors trust the schedule. Clients will know your name. The team will know they cannot do it without you.

We are looking for someone who is energized by systems, who finds satisfaction in solving a problem before anyone else notices it, and who wants a foot in every part of the business.
