Who You Are:An organized, hands-on studio coordinator with experience managing front desk operations and knowledge of retail sales. You’ll be responsible for supporting customers in our flagship brick-and-mortar location and coordinating facilities for estheticians utilizing our space for clients. You’re passionate about body care, have worked in a spa or salon environment, and know how to drive sales in a retail environment. You’ll meet and greet customers & clients coming into the space, providing a high level of support and service.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate estheticians’ use of the space and act as the primary point of contact for facilities utilization
Drive retail sales by educating clients on available products and services and tender sales through the POS system.
Monitor the stock levels of retail products and ensure inventory is properly maintained. Organize stockroom and display areas to optimize product visibility.
Ensure the retail section of the studio is consistently presented in an attractive, organized, and clean manner to maximize sales.
Partner with the Marketing team to implement strategies to increase retail sales, such as promotions, loyalty programs, or special offers for clients.
Deliver excellent customer experience, answering inquiries, providing product education, and address any customer needs
Track inventory including studio supplies and products and work cross-functionally with Operations and Finance to ensure the studio is stocked efficiently
Collaborate with the Marketing team to attract new customers and retain existing clients
Monitor Flagship studio budget including managing expenses
Coordinate any special events or promotions within the studio or in the flagship space as needed
What You’ll Bring
2+ years experience managing spa, salon, or retail operations including retail sales, licensed estheticians strongly encouraged to apply
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service and staff management
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and point-of-sale systems.
Ability to manage inventory and basic financial tasks
Interest in social media and content is a plus
Previous experience in retail, sales, or merchandising is a plus

Fur offers benefits consistent with New York State law to part-time employees, including paid sick leave
Hourly Rate:
$22 per hour + Retail Sales Commission
