** Job Scope**:
– Manage day-to-day operation procedures for beauty studio
– Oversee and optimize therapists’ overall performance
– Provide professional skin consultations with all clients
– Prepare monthly staff performance reports
– Respond to customer feedback in timely and professional manner, ensuring positive customer service experience
– Ensure all employees adhere to the company’s ethos and standards
– Conduct onboarding orientation, training & coaching of all new employees
– Work with Marketing Team the execution of all ongoing/future promotions and campaigns
– Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and health and safety
– Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
