Joiana is an independent jewelry brand based in San Diego. We create meaningful, wearable pieces with a focus on storytelling, individuality, and strong design. We’re looking for a Studio & Marketing Assistant to join our small team — someone who’s not just looking for a job, but wants to grow with us.
This role is perfect for someone organized, fashion-savvy, and eager to be involved in the day-to-day of a growing brand.
Responsibilities:
– Order packing & inventory organization
– Studio upkeep & sample management
– Light marketing support (social media, content ideas, outreach)
– Tracking ongoing projects and helping the founders stay organized
– Assisting with product launches, content shoots, and founder support
– Occasional help at events or pop-ups
You might be a great fit if you:
– Are highly organized and detail-oriented
– Have strong communication skills and take initiative
– Have a good eye for fashion, branding, and aesthetics
– Are familiar with Instagram, TikTok, or creative marketing
– Want to be part of a brand long-term and grow within your role
– Are based in San Diego and available to work in-person 30 hrs/week
