General Summary

The Studio Sample Coordinator will focus on supporting eCommerce, Marketing and Sales teams across the brand portfolio, coordinating a variety of initiatives in the shared services photo studio. Reporting to the Studio Manager and working closely with cross functional project owners, this role will track and streamline sample pulls for all shoots, lifestyle shoots, sample requests, orders to replenish missing or damaged items, product information across multiple channels and all-around care and organization of sample lines.

Essential Job Functions

Coordinate tasks related to project owner responsibilities while working with internal stakeholders to develop project timelines and ensure successful execution.

Assist in the sample coordination and pulling of samples for Ecommerce and seasonal lifestyle style-outs to inform on-model outfitting.

Diligent note taking and updating of files as needed during seasonal + Ecommerce style-outs.

Own organization of the sample line for eComm, Sales, Marketing and other departments

Assist in building out seasonal shot lists and manage launch lists to inform studio.

Assist where needed during all marketing and eCommerce shoots.

Have a ‘no job too small’ mentality, willing to help wherever needed.

Organization and all-around care for sample lines which includes but not limited to- steaming all items, tagging all items, checking in samples, hanging product in an organized way, categorizing by product, maintaining and re-racking used samples.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Interest in styling/fashion is preferred

Extremely organized and detail oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to be proactive and create new processes where required

Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally

Comfortable working in a fast pace and high growth environment

Ability to multitask, coordinate deadlines and implement necessary feedback

Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus

Required Education And Experience

1-2 years retail or marketing experience preferred

Excel experience is required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Physical Requirements

Seeing: Must be able to see well enough to read reports.

Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors and employees.

Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up products.

Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to type and use technical sources.
