Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional Studio Services Manager career opportunity available at our Rodeo Drive Boutique. We are seeking a Studio Services Manager to serve as the expert leading the Studio Services business.

Mission Of The Position

Studio Services provides a one stop shopping option for full wardrobing needs to the entertainment industry and established independent stylists.

The Studio Services Manager role can facilitate a broad range of requests from pulling full looks, sending merchandise on approval, to simply ringing and packaging selected merchandise. They must be client focused, adept in problem resolution, seek out responsibilities, and take initiative to follow through on all projects and tasks.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

Facilitate cost-effective operations

Maintain and grow current relationships, and procurement of new clients

Lead processes for Studio, Memo (Consignment) and Stylists

Service all relationships under the Studio Services umbrella

Be responsible for follow-up and billing to various clients

Manage shipping logistics for orders

In partnership with Asset Protection, maintain inventory control processes

Oversee a team of Associates who are responsible for selling and operational duties

Requirements: 

Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience working in luxury retail and servicing clients

Technical abilities; through use of various programs and applications

Strong understanding of company brand

Leadership experience

Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to interact professionally and respectfully
