Full Job Description
Arete Style is seeking an in store stylist for a part-time job in a small growing boutique in downtown Athens.
Part Time In Store Stylist (Must be available over the summer)
The ideal candidate would be someone wanting to learn more about the ins and outs of a clothing store, be proficient with social media, have a strong interest in fashion, and is comfortable in front of a camera. Previous experience is not required.
Role Responsibilities:(Note: Other duties may be assigned)
● Handle the day to day operations of the store
● Help style customers and improve relationships
● Work on shipment
● Assist in creation of content for multiple social channels, i.e. TikTok videos and Instagram stories + posts
● Stay on top of current social media trends in the industry
● Collaborate on + bring forth ideas for creative and engaging content
Qualifications:
● You have an affinity for helping people find outfits that work best for them
● You are personable, outgoing, detail-oriented and observant
● You are an out-of-the box creative while understanding the importance of adhering brand standards
● You are comfortable in front of a camera
● You are proficient in TikTok creation
● You have outstanding communication skills
● You are proactive, able to take direction, and require minimal supervision
● Strong team player
● You have a background or interest in Social Media, Marketing or Retail
