Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair and beauty services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will utilize your creativity and expertise in cosmetology or barbering to deliver high-quality results while fostering a welcoming environment for all customers.
Duties
Deliver a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client requests and offering expert advice on hair care and styling.
Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair fashion and techniques to provide clients with the latest styles.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Mentor junior stylists or trainees, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills.
Ensure the salon environment is clean, organized, and adheres to health and safety standards.
Perform hair threading services as needed, ensuring precision and client comfort.
Experience
Proven experience in customer service within a retail or salon environment is essential.
Familiarity with retail math to assist in managing inventory and sales effectively.
Proficiency in using salon software for efficient operation management.
Experience with straight razor techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
A valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
Previous mentoring experience is a plus, as we value team development and growth.

Pay: $15.59 – $18.04 per hour
