We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Hairstylist Apprentice to join our team and grow with us in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview: As a Hairstylist Apprentice at Karma Salon and Spa, you’ll be trained and mentored by skilled professionals to refine your skills and develop your craft. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of the hairstyling industry while working in a fun and fast-paced salon.
Responsibilities:
Assist senior stylists with client services, including shampooing, conditioning, and blowouts.
Perform basic styling tasks, such as haircuts, color applications, and treatments under supervision.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and products are properly sanitized.
Participate in ongoing training and education to develop your skills and knowledge of current trends and techniques.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Maintain knowledge of products and services offered at the salon.
Be a positive and proactive team player, helping with daily salon operations.
Requirements:
Must be available to work all open business hours and days
Passionate about hairdressing, beauty, and learning new techniques.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with clients and team members.
Must be available to work every Saturday.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
Preferred (but not required):
Previous salon experience or internship.
