Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experinced Hair Colorist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of color theory and possess exceptional skills in hair coloring techniques And able to apply this to our wigs.
As a Hair Colorist, you will be responsible for providing clients with beautiful, vibrant hair and wig colors while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their hair color preferences and desired outcomes.
Apply various hair and wig coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, and full color applications.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair color and techniques to provide clients with innovative options.
Utilize salon software, such as MINDBODY, for appointment scheduling and client management.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a professional environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hair Colorist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong knowledge of color theory and application techniques.
Familiarity with salon software systems such as MINDBODY is preferred.
Skills in retail sales and upselling are highly valued.
hair styling is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
