We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims using various techniques, including straight razor methods.
Provide additional grooming services such as hair threading, eyelash extensions, and hair extensions.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.
Offer makeup application services as needed, showcasing versatility in beauty treatments.
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Contribute to store management tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent service delivery.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and beauty services to continually enhance skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Barber with a valid barbering license.
Proficiency in straight razor techniques and various haircutting styles.
Experience with additional services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, hair extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
