Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hairstylist to join our team. You’ll provide expert haircuts, color, styling, and treatments while building strong client relationships in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform haircuts, color services, and styling based on client needs.
– Stay current with trends and industry techniques.
– Offer personalized consultations and hair care recommendations.
– Maintain a clean, organized workstation and salon space.
– Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming salon experience.
– Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
– Participate in team education and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
– Valid cosmetology or hairstylist license in CT.
– Proven experience with cutting, coloring, and styling.
– Strong knowledge of hair care products and tools.
– Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
