Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
Perform hair styling services, including cutting, coloring and customer service
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Manage retail sales of hair and beauty products, ensuring inventory is stocked and organized.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient in hair styling and cosmetology
Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards
Experience with hair extensions and makeup application
Ability to manage retail sales
Understanding of color theory and retail math principles
CT Cosmetology License Required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $35.00 per hour
