The Contract Stylist is a creative and strategic contributor who supports the development and execution of the brand’s styling vision across seasonal and special project initiatives. This role brings a strong product and outfitting lens, ensuring all styling outputs reflect product intent, brand standards, and business objectives. In close collaboration with the Manager, Brand Styling and cross-functional partners, this position helps translate creative concepts into clear, actionable styling direction and tools.

Your Impact

  • Support the product looks selection process and contribute to the creation of outfitting decks and styling tools that clearly communicate product benefits, attributes, and fit.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure styling direction is accurate, on brand, and aligned with product and merchandising strategies.
  • Provide styling perspective and product accuracy feedback throughout the content creation and post-production process.
  • Collaborate on the execution of outfitting deliverables, maintaining consistency with brand styling guidelines and seasonal creative direction.
  • Submit retouching notes to ensure visual consistency and correct representation of product, fit and styling intent.
  • Help manage styling workflows, calendars, and seasonal milestones to support on-time delivery of creative assets.
  • Contribute to the evolution of styling processes, tools, and documentation to improve clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Provide ongoing support to the brand styling team across styling-related deliverables and seasonal milestones.

Your Experience

  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in fashion styling, visual merchandising, marketing, or a related fashion-focused role.
  • Top Skills: Proficient in Excel, outfitting in Adobe Creative Suite and supporting styling editorial photoshoots.
  • Foundational knowledge of fashion product, fit, and styling with an interest in developing deeper expertise.
  • Experience translating creative direction into decks, guides, or tools that support scalable execution.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
