Job Summary
Be your own boss with booth rental at The Abbey Salon! We are seeking talented and passionate Stylists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and a flair for creativity, providing exceptional hair styling. As a Stylist, you will play a key role in enhancing our clients’ beauty and confidence while delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant salon environment. We are currently offering an attractive commission split with product cost sharing for new graduates looking to build their book of business!
Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize salon software to manage appointments, client records, and inventory efficiently.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members to uphold salon standards.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Contribute to retail sales by promoting salon products that complement services provided.
Experience
A valid cosmetology license is required.
Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and client management is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
