Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Perform hair styling and grooming services, including haircuts.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon.
Utilize salon software.
Mentor junior staff and assist in training new team members on techniques and customer service.
Manage daily operations and contribute to retail sales efforts to meet store goals.
Qualifications
Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor team members
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques and cosmetology
Knowledge of sanitation practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
