We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Utilize straight razors and other tools effectively while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
Provide nail care services as needed, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience for clients.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Implement upselling techniques to promote additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages creativity and teamwork.
Skills
Proficiency in MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling and client management is preferred.
Strong understanding of retail math to assist in inventory management and sales tracking.
Experience with eyelash extensions is a plus, enhancing the range of services offered.
Excellent hair styling skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to manage store operations effectively, contributing to overall business success.
Strong communication skills for building rapport with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations.
