Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist or Esthetician to join our team at a Bellona Head Spa! At Bellona, you will receive training as a Scalp Specialist and perform relaxing, results-driven scalp treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare & scalp care knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional client care. This role involves performing various aesthetic services, educating clients on scalp care products, and promoting overall wellness through beauty treatments.
Duties
Provide a range of services including scalp treatments, blowouts, facial massage, and scalp analysis.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the use of homecare products.
Manage social media platforms to promote services, share client testimonials, and engage with the community.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license OR esthetician license AND hair safety permit in accordance with state regulations. (We can help you obtain your hair safety permit)
Experience in a spa environment is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to perform various aesthetic procedures including product demos, facial and scalp massage, and advanced cosmetic treatments.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with product knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
