JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients and establish their needs.
- Generate business by presenting, promoting, and suggestive selling our product.
- Build customer relationships.
- Partner clients with our home furnishings team when appropriate.
- Assist with styling & merchandising the sales floor to create an inspiring and beautiful environment.
- Help with receiving product, opening freight, and organizing backstock in the stockroom.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Prior retail sales experience is required (home furnishings experience is preferred).
- Merchandising and/or design experience is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail oriented
- Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Great communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
