Primary Responsibilities:
-Serve each client from the heart.
-Support the team culture
-Sell at least 70% of individual’s available hours for sale.
-Must adhere to all company policies and best practices.
-Present a well-groomed look by adhering to dress code.
-Assist team members to ensure that everyone stays on schedule.
-Continuously seek/offer ideas to management and peers for more efficient and productive ways to optimize daily work flow.
-Support teammates by performing shampoos for guests when needed.
-Maintain equipment and station cleanliness at all times.
-Escort clients to check out area upon completion of their service and review product recommendations which are placed in their product basket.
-Must attend and participate in all meetings, workshops, skill-based classes and product knowledge classes.
-Other duties as assigned and/or requested.

Qualifications
Proven experience in hairstyling and/or barbering with a strong focus on customer service.
Proficient in sanitation practices and cosmetology techniques.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Knowledge of hair extensions, color theory, and straight razor techniques.
Familiarity with salon software and retail sales experience.
Ability manage salon operations efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
